Adventus Consulting Partners with the Calabria Region for the Tunis Training Hub

Training, innovation and international cooperation are at the heart of a partnership dedicated to developing skills and fostering shared growth across the Mediterranean.

Adventus Consulting Jdoo announces its participation as a partner of the Calabria Region in the project to establish the Tunis Training Hub. This partnership reflects a core conviction for the company: investing in knowledge means creating opportunities, strengthening relationships between regions and building lasting pathways to development.

A Project Connecting Training and Employment

With a planned duration of 36 months, a total value of over €7.4 million and more than 3,100 direct beneficiaries, the project is funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation through the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), with co-financing from the Calabria Region and the partners involved. Beneficiaries will include young people, students, women, trainers and professionals working in the Tunisian education system. (Source: Calabria Region.)

The provision will include vocational training in construction, agriculture, agri-food, tourism and hospitality, alongside university-level programmes in engineering, agri-food, health professions and language mediation. Activities will incorporate digital, environmental, language and entrepreneurial skills, as well as occupational safety. (Source: Calabria Region.)

The Partnership within Adventus Consulting’s Development

The design of training programmes, organisational capacity building and the development of international academic networks are integral to the company’s work, alongside digital solutions for learning and skills assessment. The significance of this new partnership lies at the intersection of training, research and innovation. (Source: Adventus Consulting, “About Us.”)

For Adventus, participating in this initiative means supporting a vision of training that goes beyond the transfer of knowledge. The aim is to strengthen people’s ability to apply what they learn, address new professional challenges and contribute to the development of their communities.

Cooperation Built on Reciprocity

The principle of cooperation among equals is a defining feature of the project: rather than exporting a predetermined model, the initiative is founded on the exchange of experience and collaboration among the organisations involved. (Source: Calabria Region.)

Adventus regards this approach as a fundamental guiding principle. Cooperation means listening to local needs, recognising the value of local expertise and establishing shared goals. It also means viewing universities, institutions and businesses as complementary partners, each making an essential contribution to the quality and continuity of training programmes.

The partnership with the Calabria Region therefore represents an important opportunity to translate this vision into a shared commitment. For Adventus Consulting Jdoo, the value of the Tunis Training Hub lies in its potential to turn knowledge into professional opportunities and international collaboration into shared growth.
